William “Will” Earl Prince, age 40, of Big Sandy, TN passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at his residence. Mr. Prince was born on November 16, 1983, in Jackson, TN to Phillip and Judy Prince. He was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandparents, William and Josephine Prince and Maternal Grandparents, Bill and Lunner Allen. Will was employed with Sumiden Wire Products Corporation.

Visitation with the family will be on Monday, November 11, 2024, from 9:00-2:00 PM at Oakdale Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 11, 2024, at 2 PM at Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Adam Mullinax officiating. Burial will follow in Flatwoods Cemetery in Camden, TN.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations may be made to any Children’s Hospital in memory of Will Prince.
