William James “Bill” Halloran, 55, of Manchester, NH passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at the Elliot Hospital, in Manchester, NH.
He was born on June 13, 1968, in Boston, MA the son of Paul M. and Bridget M. “Peg”
(Driscoll) Halloran.
Bill was mischievous, enjoying a good practical joke and making people laugh. He had inside jokes with nearly everyone he knew. Bill spent his life living it to the fullest. His
biggest impact, though, was through music. A fairly regular member of the NH music scene, his duo, The Hallorans, enjoyed making music that touched souls. The joy, love and passion Bill brought to a song could make a person laugh, cry or reflect. His interpretations often transcended the original version of cover tunes he was playing, making people love those more than the original versions. His charisma and humor could light up a room.
We have lost someone truly special and the world has less music and laughter because of it.
Best friend and trophy husband to JoAnn Halloran, proud loving father to Kelsie Gagne and her husband, Chris, pesky adoring brother to Paula Martin and her husband, Robert, cool uncle Bill to Robert Martin, Paul Martin and his wife, Tracie. Bill also leaves behind his brothers in music, The Stumps: Erik Barcza, Kevin Pierce, Dave Kurdzionak, Mike Cole, Matt Serpone, and Richie Viau.
