Mr. Willie Bill Foster, Jr. was born on July 3, 1953 in Rome, Georgia to the late Wille Foster Sr. and Ruby Nell Foster. He passed away on Sunday October 6, 2024 in Weissenberg, Germany.
He graduated from West Rome High School class of 1972. After graduation he entered the United States Army. After honorably serving his county he relocated to Dortmund, Germany for many years. At the time of his transition he lived in Weissenberg, Germany.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his siblings; Timothy Foster and Jacqueline Foster-Yates.
He leaves to cherish sweet memories, children; Tonya Foster and Miles Foster of Dortmund, Germany, four grandchildren whom he loved and adored, special friend; Frieda Portes, siblings; Patricia King, Melinda House, Beverly Foster, William Foster all of Rome, Georgia and, Ronnie Foster of Houston, TX. A host of nieces and nephews also survive.
Revelation 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Services celebrating his life will be held in Germany.
