Zachary Baker Obituary

Zachary Taylor Baker, 24 years old, passed from this world in Grandview, Texas into the arms of Jesus, August 15, 2024.

Zachary was born in Fort Worth, Texas at Harris Hospital on September 12, 1999. He was a most beloved Son, Brother, Cousin and cherished friend to many. Zachary was close to completing his Bachelor of Arts in Arts, Technology, and Emerging Communications, with a Concentration in Animation and Games at The University of Texas at Dallas while working part time.

Throughout Junior High and High School Zachary was active in the theatre program at Christian Life Preparatory. He was a member of the Thespian Society and won several 1st and 2nd place medals during UIL competitions. He was also awarded the "Meekness Character" award.

Zachary is survived by his parents Marsha and Corey Baker of Grandview, Texas, Brother and Sister-in-law, Nathaniel and Bri Baker of White Settlement and Brother Benjamin Baker of Grandview, Texas.

Zachary was a member of Westhill Church of Christ where he delighted in assisting Mrs. Shanna in Children's Church. He and his father Corey traveled to Guatemala with a mission team that included friends from Christian Life Preparatory.

A memorial service for Zachary will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 2:00 pm, Westhill Church of Christ. 1100 West Westhill Drive, Cleburne, Texas 76033.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 27, 2024 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Rosser Funeral Home, 1664 West Henderson Street, Cleburne, Texas 76033.
