Louisburg, North Carolina - With heavy hearts, Elaine Hilker, 86, of Louisburg, NC, passed away at home from pancreatic cancer on October 9, 2024, with her devoted family by her side. She was born on April 9, 1938, in Bridgeville, PA, to the late Severino and Isabelle (Louisa) Beltrame. She graduated as valedictorian in 1956 from Bridgeville High School. Elaine is preceded in death by Fred Hilker; and her daughters-in-law, Roberta Hilker, Sue Hilker, and Sandra Lee Hilker.
She is survived by her children, Glenn (Therese) Hilker, Jeffrey Hilker, Brian (Maureen) Hilker, Mark Hilker, Gregg (Brian Reece) Hilker; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; siblings, Ron (Ann) Beltrame, Rita (Dan) Rozell.
Elaine and Fred celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary and raised five great sons, while owning and operating their own business in Bridgeville, PA. Elaine was a devout Catholic who enjoyed cooking, baking cookies, reading, doing puzzles with family, and she never said no to going for a walk.
Funeral: October 18, 11 a.m., at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Louisburg, NC, with reception to follow in the Narthex.
