Cynthia Jane Walters of Valparaiso, Indiana. Cindy graduated from Parkersburg High School in 1980. Afterwards, she went on to gain degrees in Chemistry from West Virginia University in 1984 and a Pharmacy degree in 1988.

She was preceded in death by her father (Carl Douglas Morgan) and mother (Martha Lee Gilbert)

Cindy was married to Samuel Walters for over 35 years and resided in Valparaiso Indiana. Cindy was a loving wife and mother. She was blessed with a beautiful family. She is survived by her husband and two children, Samuel Peyton Walters m. Brigitta Holland Walters (Schultz) and Madison Alexis Walters.

She is also survived by a grandchild, Ameila Lovelin Walters.

Cindy has four (4) surviving siblings, Fred Morgan of Naples, FL, Shirley Levine, John Morgan, and Doug Morgan of Parkersburg, WV and several nieces and nephews.

Cindy was a retired Pharmacist who brought incredible caring and compassion to her customers and friends, often going above and beyond to help them with questions and advice.

Cindy loved her flowers and was a very creative person, loving to write, play puzzles and games, sketch, scrapbook, crochet, and read. She also loved the peacefulness of her yard and porch and enjoyed the company of her many pets over the years. She was the best cook her family knows. Two of Cindy's favorite places to travel were Hilton Head Island, SC and the peaceful mountains of Western North Carolina.

Cindy was a Christian and a very loving, giving person. She loved the Lord and her family and was willing to help anyone in need. She lovingly supported her kids through all of life's ventures including countless sports, music, and education.

A memorial service will be held in Parkersburg, WV later at a location to be determined.

In lieu of flowers, please donate, volunteer, and/or advocate for those with mental health challenges.
