Frank Jakiel Obituary

Frank L. Jakiel, 76, of Washington, passed away with family by his side Thursday, October 9, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of laughter, love and kindness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Marianne Jakiel. Frank is lovingly remembered by his wife of 46 years, Patricia; sons, Nicholas (Kristin) and Brenton (Mallory); cherished grandchildren, Aiden and Mateo; brother, Ed (Linda); sister, Kandy (Bob); niece, Heather (Jason); also survived by extended family member and friends. Frank spent his working life as a case worker at Allegheny County Children and Youth Services for over 30 years. Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, October 14, in Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, October 16, in Immaculate Conception Church, 119 W. Chestnut Street, Washington, PA 15301. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH.
