Louise Dipoalo Obituary

Louise I. Dipoalo, age 97, of Peach Street, Weedville and recently of Brookville, died October 2, 2024 at McKinley Health Center of Brookville. A daughter of the late Martin and Theresa (Angelo) Gregori, she was born on November 14, 1926 in Cardiff, PA. In 1950 she married Anthony Dipoalo, who predeceased her in 1976.

Besides her parents and her husband, Louise is preceded in death by: six brothers, Mario, Angelo, Benjamin, Victor, Henry and Leo Gregori; and two sisters, Lena Zuchelli and Angeline Gregori.

Louise is survived by: a daughter, Marlene (Tim) Atherton of Newport, PA; a son, A. J. (Linda) Dipoalo of Weedville; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a brother, Frank (Darlene) Gregori of Weedville.

Living all her life in Bennetts Valley, Louise was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Force, PA. She retired from Quality Components after many years. Belonging to the Polka Boosters, she enjoyed attending local Polka Dances.

There will be no public visitation.

Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated, 10:30 a.m., Monday, October 7, 2023 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Force, PA, with Father Mark Mastrian.

Interment will take place in the church cemetery beside her husband.

The family suggests memorials to St. Joseph Church of Force and will be accepting online condolences at the Ralph M. Geer Funeral Home website (www.nedzafamilyfuneralhomes.com).
