Robert Pritts Obituary

Robert E. Pritts, 89, of Strabane, passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 3, 2024, in Transitions Healthcare of Washington. He was born October 8, 1934, in Canonsburg, a son of the late Ivan and Florence Neely Pritts. Bob lived his life in the Strabane and Canonsburg area and attended Canonsburg schools. He was a proud veteran who served with the United States Army during the Korean War. Prior to his retirement, Bob worked in the maintenance department at Canonsburg Hospital for many years. He was an avid Steelers fan and loved to fish. Left behind to cherish his memory are his sister-in-law, Janice Lee Pritts of Canonsburg; his nephew, who was also his caretaker, Donald Kevin (Jolynn) Pritts of Washington; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Pritts was the last of his immediate family. Deceased are his wife, Katherine Raymond Pritts; two brothers, Ivan Pritts and Donald "Clyde" Pritts, who passed away May 2, 2022; and his nephew, Dirk C. Pritts, who passed away August 29, 1993.
