Chad William Wolfe, Sr., 55, Mexico, passed away on Friday, April 8, 2022, at Lutheran Hospital, Ft. Wayne.
Born Feb. 16, 1967, in Wabash, Indiana, he was the son of Reginald "Reggie" Wolfe, Sr., and Karla Shultz Wolfe.
He was a member of the North Miami High School class of 1985. He was a self-employed handyman and had worked at various car dealerships in Peru and Logansport as a detailer for many years. He loved gardening, listening to classic Rock-n-Roll, hunting Native American artifacts, bicycling, and spending time with his grandkids.
Survivors include his children, Chad W. Wolfe, Jr., (Nikki), Peru; Samantha (Joshua) Wallace, Denver; Brittany (Brandon) Wilkinson, Peru; and April Wolfe, Peru; parents, Reggie and Karla Wolfe, Peru; brothers, Todd (Angie) Wolfe, and Reginald (Tammy) Wolfe; sisters, Brenn (Randy) Dahms, and Erin Wolfe (Michael) Thomas; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and one child.
A Celebration of Life hosted by his children will be from 5-8:00 p.m. on Friday evening, April 15, 2022, at Riverview Event Center, Peru.
A Church Service in memory of Chad will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at Independent Christian Fellowship, 120 W. 10th St., Peru, Indiana, with Richard Culbertson officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Chad Wolfe Memorial Fund to help cover final expenses.
