RUSSELL TUBBS Obituary

Russell S. Tubbs, 76, of Roulette, passed away Monday, October 28, 2024, at UPMC - Cole. He was born on February 6, 1948, the son of the late Robert Roy and Marie May (Galusha) Baker.
Russell worked many years for A&P Factory, Elmira, N.Y. and more recently for Big M, Westfield.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, watching westerns and poker on TV, he also enjoyed playing cards and dice games.
Russell is survived by a sister, Laura S. Hemphill of Roulette and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers: Edwin Tubbs, in Vietnam, Robbie Tubbs, an infant brother, Rocky Tubbs; and a special nephew, Phillip Tubbs.
In keeping with Russell's wishes there will be no visitation or services.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to the Roulette Fire Department, 12 River St., Roulette, PA 16746, or to the Sweden Valley Activities Department, 1028 E. 2nd St., Coudersport, PA 16915.
