Dear Susie,
I am so very sorry for your loss. What a special man and an amazing, full life. I´m glad he was able to fully enjoy Beethoven´s 9th at Caramoor one last time. My thoughts and prayers are with John, you, and your children and grandchildren.
Sincerely,
Stephen
