JOANN ALDRED Obituary

JOANN J. ALDRED JoAnn J. Aldred of Paulding passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at the CHP Defiance Inpatient Hospice Center. JoAnn was born to Ivan and Leona (Strunkenburg) Aldred on 07/09/1961 in Paulding. She was the youngest of twelve children born to them. She graduated from Paulding High School. JoAnn will be sadly missed by her daughter, Katherine Pessefall, her grandchildren Leona Aldred, Austin and Wyatt Pessefall, and a great grandson Luka. She is also survived by brothers Francis (Karen) Aldred and John Aldred of Paulding, sister Sheila (Gary) Justinger of Defiance, brother-in-law Fred Elder, and sister-in-law Rhonda Aldred. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Max, James, and Ivan Aldred. Deceased sisters were Carolyn Dangler, Marlene Aldred, Billie Elder, Mary Elder, and Marcia Smith. A celebration of life will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Paulding, on November 16 at 2:00PM-4:00 PM. Suggested memorials are to CHP Defiance Area Hospice or charity of donor's choice.
