To the McElhattan family, my sincere condolences, truly. Ray and I were classmates at PHS and friendly competitors in the painting business in Punxsy. We could sure waste a lot of time downtown at Larry Shema's paint store....telling stories. But it was worth every minute. We always left laughing.

Mrs. McElhattan and Family -

I am very sorry to read of Ray´s passing. I remember Ray years ago in my Sunday school classes. He was a very nice young man. I also recall how happy my mother was with the work that he did for her several years before her passing. ...You all have my heartfelt condolences.

My sincere condolences for Ray's passing. I have known Ray almost my entire life starting with Mary A. Wilson Elementary School. I always enjoyed his sense of humor. My mother's yard backed onto the Mahoning Creek dike, which Ray liked to walk. While on visits with her, I would get to "catch up" with Ray, if he was going by on one of his walks. He was a really nice person, who, I am sure, will be missed.
