Ellen Fleming Obituary
Ellen Catherine Fleming, 88, passed away on August 17, 2025, surrounded by family, after a brief illness. Born November 9, 1936, to Clifford and Mary Camp, she graduated from Meriden High School in 1955 and worked at AGC until retirement. Beloved wife of Jimmy for 57 years; devoted mother to Jay (Maureen); and cherished grandmother to Kayleigh, Alannah, and Declan. Ellen was known for her generosity, faith, and love of simple joys, like family travels, gardening, and lighthouses. A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, August 29, at 11:30 a.m., at Holy Angels Church, in Meriden. Burial to follow at State Veterans Cemetery, in Middletown.
