Harold D. (Tony) McCool August 23 1933 December 11, 2016 Harold (Tony) McCool of 200 Wyndtree Court, Bellefonte, PA passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 11, 2016, at Mount Nittany Hospital in State College, PA. Tony (as he was known) was born August 23, 1933 in Potters Mills, PA to the late Harvey D. McCool and Helen M. Snyder McCool. Tony is survived by his wife, Laura Jean Leathers McCool. He is also survived by a daughter Adelaide Beth McCool Linn (Michael), and a grandson, Spencer Linn, from Lower Gwynedd, PA. After graduation Tony joined the military serving his country in the U.S. Army in Korea for two years active duty and Active Army Reserves for 20 years, retiring from the military with 22 years service. He was employed by Piper Aircraft for 29 years retiring in 1984 as Lead man of the Electrical Department. His hobbies were wood crafting and fishing. He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Bellefonte, PA. Contributions in his memory can be made to your local SPCA.
