Emery Gasperec, Jr. Obituary
Emery S. Gasperec, Jr., age 83, passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2025, with his family by his side.
Dearest son of the late Emery S. (late Mae) Gasperec, Sr.; loving husband of 55 years to Bernadine, nee Ivankowski, Gasperec; devoted father of Tom (Anne) Gasperec; cherished grandfather of Emily and Eileen Gasperec; and fond brother of the late “Gerry” (late Mike) Glasscott.
Emery was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and was an avid fisherman and golfer.
Family and friends will meet for a Funeral Mass on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 10 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Church, 605 State St. Lemont. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
Please omit flowers.

Bernie, Tom, and Family. Our deepest condolences and prayers to the family. Lots of good neighborhood fun, and many good memories past. Will never forget Emery's laugh, good nature, and conversation. He sure loved his fishing! A calm gentleman, who was thought of fondly! May you find peace in knowing that he is resting now in the arms of our Lord. God Bless!
