James Craig Layng, 67, of Rapid City, S.D. died on Aug. 30, 2025. He was born in Helena, Mont., on May 7, 1958. His Celebration of Life will be at Cross Roads Wesleyan Church on Sat. Oct. 25, 2025 at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Pine Lawn Memorial Park.
