Karen Evans Obituary
Born on November 8, 1957, in DuBois, PA, she was the daughter of the late William and Ann (Barille) Henry.
On December 6, 1995, she married her husband of 28 years, William W. Evans. He survives.
Karen was a 1975 graduate of Jeff Tech. She retired from Elcam Inc. in DuBois after over 20 years of service.
She was a life member of the Sandy Hose Company #1 Fireman's Club, loved lottery tickets, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Karen enjoyed cooking, but she especially loved her cats, Finn and Puddy Cat.
She is survived by her three sons (Eric Smith of DuBois, PA, Jarred Smith of Albright, WV, and Dylan Smith of Wasilla, AK), a stepdaughter (Lauren Bowers and her husband Jonathan of DuBois, PA) and a brother (William Henry of Chambersburg, PA).
There will be no public visitation. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorials may be placed with the Gateway Humane Society, P.O. Box 678 Falls Creek, PA 15840.
The Baronick Funeral Home and Crematorium, Inc is in charge of arrangements.
