Magdalene Ladd Obituary
Magdalene Ladd, 94, of Eddyville, passed away Friday, Aug. 30, 2024, at Landmark of Kuttawa. She was a retired cafeteria worker in the Lyon County school system and a member of Kuttawa First Baptist Church.
Survivors include son, Alan Ladd and wife, Jung Ja Ladd, Princeton; one grandson, Steven Ladd, Valparaiso, Indiana; one great grandson, Austin Ladd, Chesterson, Indiana, and several nieces and nephews.
Magdalene was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Norman W. Ladd; parents, Garnett and Lucille Vaughn Sisk; two sisters, Naomi Brashear and Adelaide Sisk; two brothers, Donald Sisk and John Sisk.
Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, 2024, at Lakeland Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, at the funeral home with Kyle Franklin officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery in Lyon County.
