Dr. Grissom made learning exciting and memorable. His way of teaching was fun and always made me want to know more. I was terribly saddened when I heard of his passing but feel fortunate to have had him as a professor and part of my learning journey.

Dr. Grissom will truly be missed. He was a wonderful professor, he made things fun for us, he shared awesome stories, he made assignments fun and was always a treat to talk to. He had a hand in molding my career and knowledge base. Things he has said and taught will stay with me forever and I feel truly blessed to have had him in class. I extend my condolences to his family, friends, colleagues, and especially Molly. Thank you for everything Dr. Grissom, rest in peace.

The best professor I´ve had. He always made class interesting. I always thought I´d call him when I´m a child psychologist in the future and ask for advice. That´s the type of professor he was. Dependable and knowledgeable. You could tell that he cared about his students and patients. I am extremely grateful I was able to take two classes with him. I would´ve taken every class with him if I could, because that´s how much of an impact he made. He will be missed dearly.

Dr. Grissom was an amazing professor. He was upbeat, kind, and extremely smart. I loved his class and I am so grateful I was able to learn from him. He was the type of professor you wish you could have for every class. He will be so missed. Sending love to his family, friends, students, and anyone who loved him.
