dash. (80 to 84 category). Beloved partner of Janet and her son, Marc. Loving father of Kristin, her husband, Rock, Greg, his wife, Heidi, Chelsie, and Kyle Norton. Son of Elinor and John McFarland Norton. Brother of Irene, Raymond, Larry, Deborah and Brian Norton. Graduate of Hofstra University, with a CPA, John Norton was a successful business executive. Owner and President of Brown and Bryan Lumber Company. General Manager Avanced Lamp Company. John loved spending time with his family and playing golf. He handled life's ups and downs in stride and could always be counted on for good advice. A warm, easy-going personality combined with a competitive spirit, cheerful and upbeat, he was a positive presence, and will always be in our hearts. We miss him dearly and our lives will never be the same. Service at Robertaccio Funeral Home, Patchouge, NY.
