Kip Katterhenry Obituary

Kip Allan Katterhenry, 67, of Corunna, Indiana, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Kip was born November, 19, 1956 in Wapakoneta, Ohio. Kip was a graduate of Wapakoneta High School and the University of Colorado. Kip was an Engineering Consultant for NASA. He enjoyed music and was a fan of The Ohio State University Buckeyes and the Denver Broncos. He enjoyed golfing and was a member of Cobblestone Golf Course in Kendallville, Indiana. Survivors include his wife Luba Katterhenry of Corunna, Indiana; daughters, Abra (Corey Horn) Katterhenry of New Haven, Indiana and Maisie (Cody) Hepler of Huntertown, Indiana; grandchildren, Felix, Ella, Beckham and Ivy; brother, Kurt (Marcia) Katterhenry of Wapakoneta, Ohio; sister, Kelley (Tim) Altenburger of Wapakoneta, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dick and Patricia Katterhenry; brother, Keith Katterhenry. A celebration of life service will be held at 3 p.m. with visitation two hours before the service from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at Cobblestone Golf Course 2702 Cobblestone Lane Kendallville, IN. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cobble Stone Golf course to support the junior golf league or to the Wapakoneta High School Athletic Department to support the school golf teams.
