Carley (Ruth) Baker Obituary

Carley Louise (Ruth) Baker, passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 24.

Born on August 16, 1999, in Independence, Missouri, to Michael and Rebecca Ruth, Carley was a ray of sunshine the moment she entered the world.

Her joyous happy-go-lucky spirit radiated through her every action and brought happiness to those fortunate enough to be in her presence. Carley's dedication to spreading love and positivity made her a cherished friend and an incredibly special person.

At the age of 16 Carley found her soulmate, Chris. They were married 4 years later. Shortly after Chris and Carley brought their pride and joy into this world, Aurora Lynn. Aurora was Carley’s reason for everything. She was a devoted mother, wife and friend.

Carley dedicated many years of her life working as a server within the restaurant industry, where she effortlessly brightened the days of countless individuals with her infectious laughter and genuine care. Her commitment to customer service was unmatched, as she always went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt valued and appreciated.

Outside of work, Carley loved spending time with her loved ones. She treasured pool days under the sun, going on walks in nature's embrace, and playing at the splash pad with her daughter. These simple moments with family and friends brought immense happiness to Carley's life, reminding us all of the importance of cherishing time spent together.

Carley's departure leaves a void that is impossible to fill. However, we find comfort in knowing that her spirit lives on through the memories we shared with her. Let us hold on tight to those precious moments and honor Carley by spreading love and kindness in our own lives. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Carley is survived by her beloved husband, Chris Baker; daughter, Aurora Lynn Baker; mother, Rebecca (Barclay) Ruth; father, Michael Ruth; grandmothers, Sue Ellsworth and Louise Ruth; mother and father in law, Brian and Cindy Baker and numerous friends.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Paul Barclay, Richard Ruth and Billy Ellsworth.
