Of Sacramento CA. Born in Washington, DC to the late George Thomas Felton Sr. and Eva Jane Felton. Grew up in Chapel Oaks, MD. Survived by one daughter, one brother, two sisters, a host of nephews and nieces, and other close relatives and friends. Obituary to be posted on the Carmichael CA Sierra View Funeral Chapel and Crematory's website. Tommy, we miss you, we love you, and you will always be in our hearts.
