Howard Earl Fauver JR. M.D. U.S. Army
COL (Ret.) Howard Earl Fauver, Jr., M.D., of Fairfax, VA, passed away on September 24, 2023, after a brief illness.
Earl was born on March 9, 1937, in Winchester, VA. In 1958, Earl married Janet Caldwell. After receiving his medical degree from the University of Virginia in 1963, he entered the U.S. Army Medical Corps.
Earl is the father of five children: Stephen Christopher Fauver, Michael Earl Fauver, Patricia Lynn Hamilton, Andrew Tharpe Fauver, and Catherine Fauver Sorge. He is survived by his wife, all of his children, seven grandchildren, and a great-grandson.
Visitation will be at Money & King Funeral Home, 171 W Maple Ave., Vienna, VA on Monday, October 2, 2023 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Friends and relatives may offer condolences to the family at:
