Chris and Steve were neighbors of mine in NY for a number of years. Whenever I had a homeowner- crisis or a problem I couldn't solve, Steve was always willing to lend a hand. One particularly snowy winter, 3 feet of heavy snow slid off my roof right on top of my firewood pile. I was at the breaking point, but Steve kindly came over and helped me clear it out. He was a true friend and "nice guy". I was sorry to learn of his passing.

Steve was a kind man and always had a friendly word to share each time I saw him. I did not know him well but his gentle spirit was always evident to me. His family in friends are in my thoughts and prayers as they navigate through this time without him.

Steve was a dear friend who was always available when we needed him. For several years we played contentious Euchre weekly men against the women, and we will miss those games where occasionally we needed a referee.
Specifically, loved his smoked pork roasts, chicken and dumplings, and chocolate chip cookies. He was a very good cook.
Rest in peace dear friend, we miss you.

Steve was a true friend. Always ready to help, as he did for us many many times. He loved to socialize and hosted many parties we were fortunate to be able to enjoy. Shared with us so meals he loved to cook.
He is greatly missed. Hope he is now next to victor, drinks in hand, watching over us until we all meet again.
