Tammie Wilson Obituary

Tammie L. Wilson 54 of Monroe City Missouri passed away Tuesday, October 28,2025 at the Monroe City Manor, Monroe City, Missouri.

She was born December 19,1970 in Hannibal, Missouri the daughter of Daniel Moutray and Rhonda Hardwick.

Tammie was a 1989 graduate of Monroe City High School, Monroe City, Missouri. She was a member of the Stoutsville Baptist Church, Stoutsville, Missouri. Tammie worked as a store clerk for Buckman's Convenience Store and also Campbell's both of Monroe City, Missouri. She loved working and visiting with all the patrons. She enjoyed Christmas caroling during the holiday season. Most of all she loved her grandbabies.

She is survived by her parents, one daughter Emilee Wilson of Monroe City and one son Alex Wilson and fiance Brooklyn Folweiler of Hannibal. Two grandchildren Brantley and Xela Wilson. Husband Shawn R. Wilson of Monroe City.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother Naomi Moutray and uncle Dale Moutray.

Family will be receiving guest and having a carry in meal, from 4:00 until 6:00 pm Saturday, November 01,2025 at the Monroe City High School, Monroe City, Missouri. Memorials have been suggested to Tammie Wilson memorial fund. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Garner Funeral Home & Chapel, Monroe City, Missouri. Love ya sis, I know we weren't very close but last few months we started talking again and it was kinda awesome being able to at least start to being the sisters we were when we were younger. I will miss you, love your smile.
