Lisa I am so sad you had such a hard battle, but you were so courageous. I so admired your strength through it all. I am going to miss you, and hearing "Hey Chagolita!", but I am so happy you are at peace and pain free. I am so glad we got that time at the beach in October to reminisce, figure out the TV and thermastat, buy a wig and enjoy the water you so loved to be by. We also enjoyed some great cocktails and food as well! You will always be in my heart and memories. My thoughts and prayers are with Michaela and all your family and hope all the happy memories will bring them peace. Be good up there!

Dear Lisa. I was happy to spend a last day with you before you passed. I was even happier to exchange banter via text for the last eight weeks or so. My joy comes because we spent a breakfast meal together and did not reminisce-but talked about the present- and about you. That poor waitress lost out on turning a table that morning. Good thing we doubled down on her tip. It was so worth it. Think we were there for three hours. It passed too quickly.
We had a good life together. Safe passage dear friend.
