BARABOO - Andrea Kay "Andie" Beckwith, age 59, of Baraboo, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 11, 2024. Andrea, daughter of James and Ellen (Schultz) Hauge was born July 28, 1964 in Baraboo. She was a graduate of Baraboo High School, Class of 1982.
She started her career at Jefferson Home Health until she transitioned to SSM Health. Her career in Healthcare spanned over 37 years; she could be seen in various capacities at the hospital and clinic from Day Surgery to the Emergency Department, Childbirth Center and most recently as a Pharmacy Technician.
On July 26, 1986 she was united in marriage to Jeff Beckwith at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Baraboo. Her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren. Andrea was a proud mom, she loved cheering on her children and grandchildren in their sporting events and life accomplishments. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing, gardening and traveling. She was an avid Brewers and Badger sports fan.
She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Jeff; sons: Jared (Katie) and Justin; grandchildren: Cooper, Majel and Porter; her father, Jim; siblings: Jamie Hauge and Chad (Melissa) Hauge; as well as nieces, nephews, in-laws, other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ellen and her father-in-law, Richard.
Services were held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Burial followed at Walnut Hill Cemetery.
